غزل ۱۱۵۸ مولانا

۱	رَحْم بر یارْ کی کُند؟ هم یار	آهِ بیمارْ کِه شْنَوَد؟ بیمار
۲	اشک‌‌های بهارِ مُشْفِق کو؟	تا زِ گُل پُر کنند دامَن خار
۳	اَکْثِرُوا ذِکْرَ‌‌‌‌‌هادِمِ اللَّذّات	بِشْنَوید از خَزانِ‌ بی‌زِنهار
۴	غارْ جَنَّت شود چو هست دَرو	ثانِیَ اثْنَیْن اِذْ هُما فِی الْغار
۵	زآهِ عاشقْ فَلَک شِکاف کُند	ناله عاشقانْ نباشد خوار
۶	فَلَک از بَهرِ عاشقان گردد	بَهرِ عشق است گُنبَدِ دَوّار
۷	نی برایِ خَباز و آهنگر	نی برای دُروگَر و عَطّار
۸	آسْمان گِردِ عشق می‌گردد	خیز تا ما کنیم نیز دَوار
۹	بین که لَوْلاکِ ما خَلَقْتُ چه گفت؟	کانِ عشق است اَحْمَدِ مُخْتار
۱۰	مُدّتی گِردِ عاشقی گَردیم	چند گَردیم گِردِ این مُردار؟
۱۱	چَشمْ کو تا که جان‌ها بیند	سَر بُرون کرده از دَر و دیوار
۱۲	دَر و دیوارْ نُکته گویانَند	آتش و خاک و آبْ قِصّه گُزار
۱۳	چون تَرازو و چون گَز و چو مِحَک	بی زَبانَند و قاضی بازار
۱۴	عاشقا رو تو هَمچو چَرخْ بِگَرد	خامُش از گفت و جُملگی گُفتار

۱- Who has compassion on a friend? A friend likewise. Who hears the sigh of the sick? The sick.

۲- Where are the tears of sympathetic spring, that they may fill the thorn’s skirt with roses?

۱۱- Where is the eye to behold the spirits, putting their heads out from door and wall?

۱۲- Door and wall tell subtleties, fire and earth and water rehearse a tale;

۱۳- Like the balance, the yardstick and the touchstone they are without tongue, yet arbiters of the market.

۱۴- Lover, circle about like the sky, silent from speaking, and altogether speech.
