غزل ۱۷۲۵ مولانا

۱	نگفتَمَت مَرو آن‌جا که آشْنات مَنَم؟	دَرین سَرابِ فَنا چَشمهٔ حَیات مَنَم؟
۲	وَگر به خشم رَویْ صدهزار سال زِ من	به عاقِبَت به من آیی، که مُنْتَهات مَنَم
۳	نگفتَمَت که به نَقْشِ جهانْ مَشو راضی	که نَقْش‌بَندِ سَراپَردهٔ رضات مَنَم
۴	نگفتَمَت که چو مرغان به سویِ دامْ مَرو	بیا که قدرتِ پرواز و پرّ و پات منم
۵	نگفتَمَت که مَنَم بَحْر و تو یکی ماهی	مَرو به خُشکْ که دریایِ باصَفات مَنَم
۶	نگفتَمَت که تو را رَه‌زَنند و سرد کنند	که آتش و تَبِش و گرمیِ هَوات مَنَم
۷	نگفتَمَت که صِفَت‌هایِ زشت در تو نَهَنْد	که گُم کُنی که سَرِچَشمهٔ صِفات مَنَم
۸	نگفتَمَت که مگو کارِ بنده از چه جِهَت	نِظام گیرد؟ خَلّاقِ‌ بی‌جِهات مَنَم
۹	اگر چراغ‌دلیْ دان که راهِ خانه کجاست	وَگَر خداصِفَتی، دان که کَدخُدات مَنَم

۸- Did I not say to you, “Do not say from what direction the servant’s affairs come into order?” I am the Creator without directions.

۹- If you are the lamp of the heart, know where the road is to the house; and if you are godlike of attribute, know that I am your Master.
