غزل ۳۰۴ مولانا
۱ | هیچ میدانی چه میگوید رَباب | زَ اشْکِ چَشم و از جِگَرهایِ کباب؟ | |
۲ | پوستیاَم دور مانده من زِ گوشت | چون نَنالَم در فِراق و در عذاب؟ | |
۳ | چوب هم گوید بُدَم من شاخِ سَبز | زینِ من بِشْکَست و بِدْرید آن رِکاب | |
۴ | ما غریبانِ فِراقیم ای شَهان | بِشْنوید از ما اِلَی اللّهِ المَأب | |
۵ | هم زِ حَق رُستیم اوَّل در جهان | هم بِدو وا میرَویم از انقلاب | |
۶ | بانگِ ما هَمچون جَرَس در کاروان | یا چو رَعْدی وقتِ سَیْران سَحاب | |
۷ | ای مُسافر دل مَنهِ بر مَنْزِلی | که شَوی خسته به گاهِ اِجْتِذاب | |
۸ | زانک از بسیار مَنْزِل رفتهیی | تو زِ نُطْفه تا به هنگامِ شَباب | |
۹ | سَهْل گیرَش تا به سَهْلی وارَهی | هم دَهی آسان و هم یابی ثواب | |
۱۰ | سختْ او را گیر کو سَختَت گرفت | اوّل او و آخِر او، او را بیاب | |
۱۱ | خوش کَمانچه میکَشَد کان تیرِ او | در دلِ عُشّاق دارد اِضْطِراب | |
۱۲ | تُرک و رومیّ و عَرَب گَر عاشق است | هم زَبانِ اوست این بانگِ صَواب | |
۱۳ | باد مینالَد هَمیخوانَد تو را | که بیا اَنْدَر پیاَم تا جویِ آب | |

۱۵ | نُطْقْ آن باد است کآبی بوده است | آب گردد چون بِیَندازد نِقاب | |

۱۳- The wind is lamenting and calling to you, “Come in my wake, even to the river of water. |
۱۴- I was water; I became wind; I have come to deliver the thirsty ones from this mirage.” |
۱۵- Speech is that wind which was formerly water; it becomes water when it casts off the veil. |
۱۶- This shout arose from without the six directions: “Flee from direction, and turn not your face from Us.” |
۱۷- O lover, you are not less than the moth; when does the moth ever avoid the flame? |
۱۸- The King is in the city; for the sake of the owl how should I abandon the city and occupy the ruin? |
۱۹- If an ass has gone mad, strike the ox-whip upon its head until its senses return. |
۲۰- If I seek his heart, his worthlessness increases still more; God said regarding the unbelievers, Strike their necks. |
